Hello everyone,
I have here an adorable Minnie Mouse birthday card I made for an 8 year old. I cut the the 8 from the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. Minnie is cut from Mickey and Friends. I added some black and white twine and heat embossed the sentiment. I made my own background paper by stamping cupcakes in grey ink.
I will enter this card into the challenge at My Craft Spot.

Daisy Duck Happy Birthday Chicka
I made this card for my little cousin's birthday. I hope she likes it because I LOVE it and this Disney image was a lot of work to put together, so she better--LOL. I added some purple and white twine, a mini button and I embossed the sentiment. I also added some Stardust gel pen to her eyelids to give them some sparkle.
I will enter this card into the following challenges:
1. Getting Cricky -Disney
2. My Craft Spot -bows & buttons

Hello Kitty Graduation Card
Hello and happy Sunday!
I have here a Hello Kitty graduation card I made for my daughter. She is not technically graduating to another school or from school, but rather being promoted to the next grade level. Which is in and of itself an accomplishment any child and parents should be proud of. I like to recognize the successful completion of each grade level and she was A honor roll all year--so double whoot whoot!
I cut the image from the Hello Kitty Greetings at 4.25". I put the cutie on an action wobble because my daughter likes to play with them. The tag and sentiment are from a MCT. I used some brown and pink twine I won from My Craft Spot to pull it all together and give it that extra touch I needed.
I will enter this card into these challenges:
1. Fantabulous Cricut Challenge -graduation
2. Celebrate the Occasion -graduation
3. Pink Cricut -what are you up to?
4. My Craft Spot -graduation
5. Cooking With Cricut -use pink
6. Joyful Stamper -anything goes
7. D.L. Art -anything goes

April Showers
Welcome back everyone!
I made this super cute card for a challenge over at Cardz TV. The them is April Showers (umbrella, rain boots, rain puddles, showers, etc). I've be wanting to use the umbrella cut on my Paisley cartridge for a while now and LOVED it. I will be using that cute more often now. I printed my own custom sentiment on a piece of velum and attached it to the card. I love the way velum looks on a project and since I didn't have a stamp with quite the right sentiment I was going for I decided to make my own. I cut the umbrella at 3.5 inches. I also added some iRocks jewels on the points of the umbrella where the end of the metal would be.

I just wanted to share these with you all real quick.

Challenge Me Monday- #92 Warming Up With Hot Cocoa
I am very excited to share this card I made using my Love You A Latte Cartridge. That cart is AWESOME. I love it and used it for the first time finally. I bought some Scrappy Mom stamps that go perfect with this cartridge too. I will be sending this card to my friend who fell at work, got injured and has to go back to work next week (so I thought this sentiment was perfect). I will slip a packet of hot cocoa in the envelope too.
I made this cocoa cup to enter into a challenge at Fantabulous Cricut.
Here is the newest card I am in love with and I absolutely heart the sentiment too! I will be posting a similar card this week will more details for something sweet I will be entering, stay tuned...

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 63 & Scrappy Moms Challenge 10-30-11
I'm back!!! It's been a while. I've unpacked all my craft stuff and hung all my shelves back up and I am reeving my creative engine.
I made this card just in time for the following two challenges:
-Peachy Keen Stamps Sketch Challenge 63
-Scrappy Moms: Terrific Tuesday Challenge- Doodlecharms
I cut the snowman from the Doodlecharms cartridge at 3.5" and stamped it with a Peachy Keen assorted snowman face set. I added some light blue chalk (not my usually pink) to the checks and used my copic markers to color the carrot nose. I used some glitter irocks for buttons on the chest. The stamp sentiment came from MPS. I Cuttlebuged the purple strip of paper with a snow flake folder. I used a Cricut winter paper pad. I used some light purple embroidery floss, which looks just like solid colored twine.
I really got a jump start on my Christmas cards, as I made 4 of this one. Whoo hoo!

Challenge- Vertical Sketch
I created this card for the Vertical Sketch Challenge in the Moxie Fab World
I cut the banners and letters from the Cricut Birthday Bash cartridge. I had no idea what colors I wanted to use so I ended up just grabbing some scraps from my stash. I added some twine to the banner for some extra color and cuteness. I used some iRocks to "nail" the banner into the card. Thanks for looking, be sure to join my blog and keep in touch. Have a Crafty day!
