Halloween Window Treat Boxes- TBBM

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
Here is another Spooky Oookie project I cranked out. Okay, its more cute than spook. I cut box #38 on the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge. It is was cut at 11.5 inches, which ended up making a 2.75 inch cube box. I used some acetate paper on the window. I changed the location of the window on my gypsy (I heart her). The paper is from K&Company (I heart that company) It was easy to make and I added some Halloween candy inside. I LOVE it so much I had to make two.
I will enter this into a few challenges, including Getting Cricky.
Hope you like it as much as I do.

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 63 & Scrappy Moms Challenge 10-30-11

I'm back!!! It's been a while. I've unpacked all my craft stuff and hung all my shelves back up and I am reeving my creative engine.

I made this card just in time for the following two challenges:
-Peachy Keen Stamps Sketch Challenge 63
-Scrappy Moms: Terrific Tuesday Challenge- Doodlecharms

I cut the snowman from the Doodlecharms cartridge at 3.5" and stamped it with a Peachy Keen assorted snowman face set. I added some light blue chalk (not my usually pink) to the checks and used my copic markers to color the carrot nose. I used some glitter irocks for buttons on the chest. The stamp sentiment came from MPS. I Cuttlebuged the purple strip of paper with a snow flake folder. I used a Cricut winter paper pad. I used some light purple embroidery floss, which looks just like solid colored twine.

I really got a jump start on my Christmas cards, as I made 4 of this one. Whoo hoo!

Blog Hop & Challenge- My Pink Stamper October 2011 & Scrappy Moms

Hello,
Wow, let me just telling you it has been a busy week for me. I am in the middle of moving and I had to get online in the mist of it all and participate in the MPS Challenge. I had all my craft stuff packed up in boxes and this morning I opened every box back open that I needed something from to create this project for the challenge. Lets just say my hubby thinks I'm crazy or overly dedicated to my crafts LOL. I must post this quick because I have to go back and repack my craft stuff LOL.

I am making a guessing jar for my kids Fall event at my kids school and I knew I had to get this type of container that looks like a pail of paint to put the candy pumpkins in. I did not open the candy because the event is not till next week and I want to keep the candy as fresh as possible. I cut all the pieces on my Imagine with the Enjoy the Sesason's cartridge. I used some orange crinkle ribbon to attach the pumpkin on the handle. I stamped "Enjoy" on the back of the tag with a MPS stamp.

I am also entering this project into the Scrappy Moms challenge. You are suppose to incorporate teal and brown, which is one of my fave color combos. So this was fun to throw some teal in the mix.

The fourth challenge is at http://www.lovetocrop.com/2011/10/its-challenge-time-embossable-you.html. You are asked to show what you love about Fall and Halloween ans use some embossing.

The fifth challenge is at http://reasonableribbon.blogspot.com/2011/10/challenge-33-halloween-theme.html. RRR33. The challenge requires that you use ribbon, lace or trim on your project.

Tada, here is my card. I LOVE it. I should have made more. I embossed the tree branch with the Cuttlebug herringbone folder and it looked awesome as faux wood. I added some brown and white twine on the tree branch, not too much though, it would have been over kill.

Birthday Card Challenge

I am entering this card into the birthday card challenge at Cards by Jovan. I made the cute little hummingbird from the Cricut Imagine Lori's Garden. I love that little bird--its so cute!

3x3 Card Challenge

I made this 3x3 card to enter into the Cards by Jovan blog Challenge. The challenge is to make a 3x3 size card. I decided to make a boy card since there is always a lack of them in my stash when I need one. Hehehe.

I think it looks cool for a boy to receive.

Christmas Holly Jolly Ice Skater card- Challenge

This is one of my first Christmas card of the season. I guess its nice to get a jump start. I made the girl from Cricut Lite Jolly Holiday at 4 inches (any smaller and I think her skates would have been completely destroyed on the main cut). This is my first cut from this cartridge, so I was really excited to use it. I love the way the ice skater turned out. She is adorable. I hide the facial cuts on her face with my Gypsy and stamped it with my PKS wide eye faces. I put some glossy accents on her dress button. I added some black Stickles to her ice skates, some diamond Stickles to the ball on her hat and some glitter pen to her hair ties. For a final touch I ended up adding some blush (chalk) to her cheeks.
I am entering this card into the Whimsical Wednesday Challenge: http://www.alwayscrafting.com/2011/09/anything-goes.html .

Robotz Boy Birthday Card

I am very happy with the way this birthday card came out. This is actually the first cut I have made from Robotz even though I have had this cartridge for almost a year. LOL. And I LOVE this cartridge now. Next I will be making a layout with it. I mounted the robot on a Action Wobble (which I heart) and made it even cuter. I love the color combo I ended up choosing for the robot and his parts. I actually remember that I had some silver foil paper and cut some of the pieces ("bolts") with it. It shows better in person. I was going to make a movable gear in the background, but I was running out of time. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. TTYL

Here is my October layout I made to put in our 2011 family scrapbook. I made the cuts from Mini Monsters, Hello Kitty Greetings, Hello Kitty Font and A Child's Year. My daughter wants to be Hello Kitty for Halloween so I put Hello Kitty on the page. I love the colors and the way it all turned out. See the awesome pictures for detail.
