I made this gift card holder for the players on my son's baseball team. The coach bought McDonalds gift cards for each player and we put them in the GC holder. I tried not to make it too jazzed up and girly.
I will enter this project into the Simon Says Stamp Challenge- Anything goes.

Butterflies & Bows Are Wishing You...
Back again with a card I made today. I used a zipper die from Papertrey Ink that once the zipper is pulled off will reveal a hidden sentiment. I cut the flowers out of felt with the My Creative Time flower dies. I punched the butterfly out of vellum with a Martha butterfly punch. I decided the bottom was too bare, so I added some pearls with a Viva Decor Pen. I like how this card turned out.
I will enter this card into the challenge at 3 Girl Jam- Challenge #1 Butterflies & Bows.

Awesome Wonderful You Card
I made this card to enter into the Make It Monday Challenge #79 Fabric Die Cut at Capture the Moment (Papertrey Ink). There is a card inspiration for the challenge and a requirement to use a die cut made of fabric. I cut a 3 layer flower with felt using a My Creative Time flower die. The sentiment is by Papertrey Ink and is from the Movers and Shakers stamp set. I like the way the card turned out. I was not sure about the colors together initially, but I like it.

10 Things About Me Layout
I am very please at the way this layout turned out. I specially selected this color combo from some inspiration I found at the store in the gift wrap area.
Here is my inspiration:

I used my Crop-A-Dile to attach the vellum to the paper and used the eyelet holes to create a loop for my ribbon.
I wanted to try something new, so I addes some burlap to my project.
I hand stamped the light coral paper with my CTMH stamp set called Word Puzzle.
I type the words and title on my computer printed it in gray ink and hand colored the letters in the specific color blue in I wanted.
I curled some hemp around a small circular object to curl it. I added some coordinating ribbon and a button to my pretty bow.

4th of July Layout 2012
Happy Friday!
With 4th of July around the corner, I decided to make a layout for our 2012 family scrapbook instead of making a card. The tags will hold a 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" photo. They were cut from the Art Philosophy cartridge, inked with white chalk ink and I added a white wide eyelet and ribbon. The word "Freedom" was cut from Independence Day as was the "4th of July, but I used my Cricut markers to write it instead of cutting it. I then trimmed around it and and added a shadow by trimming a second color behind it. I added some Stickles, Glitter pen, and markers to the writing. This layout seems a little busy to me in colors in patterns, but its my "fireworks" layout, so that's what you get I guess. LOL.
I will enter this layout into these challenges:
1. Paper Issues -Picnics & Patriots
2. Crafty Sentiments Designs -Red, white & blue
3. Scrappy Moms Stamps - Patriotic Pride
4. Simon Says Stamp Challenge - Sporty and or Patriotic

This pattern paper was super thin, so I cut a cereal box and glued them together for added strength and thickness. Worked perfect.
Use the back measurement foot in your Crop A Dile to make sure all your punches are lined up evenly.
I needed some white wide eyelets...had none, so I used white embossing powder to cover them white. I first use a white paint marker which works, but was taking too long to dry (and I am impatient when putting a layout together) so I wiped it off and use embossing powder. Worked pretty good...but when you squeeze in your CAD it can chip the paint/embossing powder. You've been warned. Hehehe!
I used my tear edge ruler to make the torn strips of paper even.
I added some Stickles to the 4, but it made the three tiny stars inside the 4 almost disappear even though I Stickles around them. So I added some yellow glitter pen to try and bring them out again.
I added some diamond Stickles to "Freedom" and some brads around it. They look like fireworks.
I cut the stars with silver foil paper. So cute!

Papertrey Ink June 2012 Blog Hop Challenge
Hello Crafty friends,
I have some beautiful sweet cards I made for the challenge at Papertrey Ink based on this photo inspiration:
I used the Papertrey Ink Movers and Shakers Sentiments on my cards. And some green and yellow paper and inks I had in my stash. I also inked my ribbon yellow, since I only had this style ribbon in white. I used some CTMH stamps to make my background paper. I made two cards for this challenge.

Summer Sunflower Card
I have a summer theme card I made for some challenges. I stamped the sunflower with brown Memento Ink and colored it with Copic markers. I then inked the circle with the new Spring yellow Distress Ink and Tea Dye Distress Ink. I love the way it turned out. I cut the tag from Cricut Art Philosophy. The background is stamped with another stamp from the CTMH Friendship Bouquet stamps set. The sentiment is from CTMH as well.

I'm here with my second post for the day. I'm entering this Thank You card into the challenge at D.L. Art for thank you/friends/family cards with the color green on them. I like the way it all came together. The butterfly was cut from my Cricut Imagine. The sentiment is from Close To My Heart.
Daisy Duck Happy Birthday Chicka
I made this card for my little cousin's birthday. I hope she likes it because I LOVE it and this Disney image was a lot of work to put together, so she better--LOL. I added some purple and white twine, a mini button and I embossed the sentiment. I also added some Stardust gel pen to her eyelids to give them some sparkle.
I will enter this card into the following challenges:

Time To Relax In Your Flip Flops
Happy Memorial
Day everyone!
I have a fun colorful summer card I made today. I made 3 versions of this card below. One has an Action Wobble on it and the other two I tweaked the sketch. The flip flops where cut on my Gypsy with the Pink Journey cartridge.
I will enter this Action Wobble card in a challenge at Wobble Wednesdays where the theme is summer.
The next two cards I will enter into the sketch challenge at Sketches By Carly and the I love Summer challenge at My Sheri Crafts. I will also enter this card at Docerela Creations- What You Love challenge (I love wearing nothing but flip flops during the summer). Here is the Carly sketch.
Here are my cards.
I used some liquid pop dot glue for the strap on the flip flops to give it some dimension.
I added some green iRock gems for sparkle.
My computer generated sentiment is perfect. The tag is cut from Cricut Art Philosophy.
I hope you like my cards. Thanks for stopping by. Have a blessed week. If your ready to finally splurge and purchase the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge you can shop through my CTMH button at the top of bottom of my blog.
