The Rest of my 2011 Christmas Cards & Projects

Hello all,
I hope you all had a wonderful CHRISTmas. I wanted to do one last post on Christmas theme stuff and show you all the other cards and projects I made this Christmas season that I did not post or blog about yet. I hope you like them. Some are super simple quick and easy, while some are a bit more detailed and time consuming.

I did this little elf card with green distress ink a few days ago. Here it is with different distress ink colors.

Happy New Year!!!

Challenge- Shape Card & Halloween

I am entering this card into two challenges:

  • Shaped Sketch Challenge in the Moxie Fab World
  • Delightful Sketches

I cut the card base from Wild Card and two circle layers. I stamped the edge of the card base with a wheat stamp I had from Prima. Doesn't it sing Autumn? I also stamped the word Halloween on top with a MPS stamp. I cut the smallest circle into four parts and used two of each color I cut. I cut a scallop from Mini Monograms (I'm so glad I purchased this cartridge, I turned it down once and later realized I did need such a cartridge). I cut the big pumpkin on my Gypsy from Gypsy Wanderings (I have been finding so many handy things on GW). I was going to add some Stickles on the yellow "light up" face parts, but I ended up liking it plain. I made hand cut grass. I used an EK Pumpkin punch for the line of pumpkins--it's such a cute punch. I also colored through the cutout parts around the edge of the scallop onto the inside of the card with a Copic marker so when the card is closed it doesn't look so plain with the white showing through. Hope this card gets your Halloween juices flowing.

Don't forget to join my blog before you go, so you will know when I start doing my GIVEAWAYS and can play along!!!
Have a Crafty day.
